This is how Singapore became an eco city!
In just 10 years, starting from 2005, Singapore overcame the educational and urban development achievements that 90% countries have not been able to achieve for more than 30 years.
Now all governmental and private/public construction projects are approved with the following conditions.
The beneficiary must ensure 95% air cleanliness in the construction.
The beneficiary must ensure cleanliness of 95% of the construction area.
The beneficiary must ensure the vegetation of at least 30% of the project.
The beneficiary should provide 100 trees per 1000m2 of construction area.
The beneficiary must ensure a minimum 100m2 per 1000m2 fresh water environment.
And all this only in the case of the eco plan.
Violations are subject to fines, up to termination of the project.
