More Formerly known as SOS China Education Fund (SOSCEF), Overseas China Education Foundation (OCEF) was registered in Texas in April, 2001. OCEF's mission is to raise fund to support education, especially to help the disadvantaged children in the vast rural areas of China obtain basic education. Since its inception, OCEF has sponsored more than 26,000 Grade 1-9 students and over 2,000 high school students who may have otherwise dropped out of school to continue their education.
